Founder and Executive Director
After the loss of his parents in a tragic car accident when Moses was just five years old, he grew up missing the love of his parents. He understands, possibly more than most, the feelings of loss one has without parents. He knows first hand the struggle an orphan has to survive. In addition to this, Moses contracted polio as a young child and overcomes daily the obstacles this disease has caused. This determination has helped him to be successful even during hardships. Leaving his former career in business, he started Child Care Empowerment so that he could help orphans and vulnerable children in his community.

I fry popcorn on street of Buwenge for living. Hope. To create a loving family that welcome everyone without discrimination in regard to origin, tribe, race and religion. Helping someone else through a difficult situation in their life. I believe that we are all wired for generosity and it is in service where we all find happiness.

I grew up in a very impoverished community where there is no escape route from poverty and to get basic needs of life a dream far from reaching. I make bricks for living (in Uganda this means, mix soil and water into a thick mud. Add some sand, then mix in the straw, grass or pine needles. Pour the mixture into your molds. Bake bricks in sunshine for five days or so.) Hope. To strive for self sustainability and a dream to be a community activist and advocate the rights of young children, girls and women to be heard. This is the greatest win I/we can give to our impoverished societies with help of others.
